AGM 2014

Thanks to all who attended the AGM

on 17/11/2014. Particular thanks to all who took up posts to help maintain the running of Law Wheelers. 

George will be preparing the minutes when he has sufficient time and we will get them posted on the web site in due course.

Some points to mention. 

Colin is obviously taking up administration of the web site and we will try to involve this more. Colin is also membership Secretary. 

Fees for next year can paid any time. Jon mentioned an increase in use of online payment last year and this was a great help in management.  

Jon is continuing as treasurer and details of account are available from him. There is no increase in fee (£10) but we are suggesting £5 for juniors or youths.

Christmas lunch is being planned for 6th. December @ 12:30 (Last Shift) with an option to cycle up from Newman's @ 10am. 

The prizegiving is being postponed til New Year to give chance get trophies back and engraved.  Please return these as previously requested.

Hopefully that covers details which are relevant at present until we have AGM minutes.
