Datefixing
Firstly, many thanks to all the clubs and event organisers who have engaged thus far with the datefixing process. While it is earlier than previous years, we know that this will give us the best opportunity to provide a race calendar which is coordinated and meets the needs of the riders.
If your club has yet not submitted dates, I need these immediately to allow them to be processed into the calendar. I also have a couple of free dates remaining in the regional race series’, if you or your club is interested in hosting an event in the series  then please email[email protected] for more information.

All three of the WoSCA Series’ have now concluded with massive thanks going to all the organising clubs, volunteers and riders for making this such a successful season. Details of the prize giving evening, which will be held later this month, will be sent out soon.

2016 – Regional Race Series Plans
At the West datefixing meeting, the 2016 SC West regional series’ were discussed. We will again be organising a regional Youth Crit and Youth Dirt Crit series, at various locations and hosted by a range of clubs. Additionally, for next year, these youth events will include a junior girls category and we’re working on plans for an adults fun ‘sprint MTB’ at the Dirt Crits.
For the road race series, it is intended to have two levels of race series – a road race series and a development road race series. The road race series will be for 2/3/4 cat riders and held at weekends, with the development races for 3/4 riders and midweek through the summer. This will mean two smaller series’ which riders can focus on with good racing opportunities.
