Happy New Year to all from Law Wheelers CC
The traditional club run will take place on the 1st at 10am, meeting at the usual spot of Newmains Cross, outside the Newmains Police Station at the roundabout.
All welcome for the traditional run, should be around 30 miles. Leaving from the cross heading East to Lanark and then along the Clyde Valley. Route to Lanark will depend on the weather conditions. If it's icy then this may well be straight down the A73, otherwise heading along towards Forth and on to Lanark.
Approximately a 2 hour run, just enough to prepare yourself for the Steak Pie that's waiting for you on return. Wrap up warm as it may be a little chilly.
Get along to the club run and make it your New Years resolution to get out on the bike more. Always someone there to support you, or at least tell you how much "fun cyclocross is".
Have a great new year when the bells strike, and see you at 10am!
Sunday run is a development run, so also a 10am start; a great way to cement your cycling by getting out there.
